My park did not drain down or turn off the water before closing. Will I still be covered if I have a leak or burst pipe?

We have been in touch with our park partners and customers to remind them of our winter weather precautions and the need for holiday caravans to be drained down from November 1st to March 15th for insurance cover to remain valid.

If you’re unable to access your caravan, arrangements must be made with the park to drain down your unit. Please contact us if this has not been possible.
