The mansion of the park home world!
The first incarnation of the Grand Symphony was produced in 2012 and set the bar very high for luxurious park home living. Now, this latest model continues that theme with sumptuous styling and extremely clever design features – setting this park home apart from the crowd.
The exterior of the Grand Symphony is subtle and refrained. CanExel and stucco finishes, in contrasting colour tones, with the hint of opulence from the style of the box bay windows.
However, there are no subtleties when you enter the Grand Symphony. This home lets you know it’s in the luxury class from the moment you walk inside!
The kitchen in the Grand Symphony is a masterpiece, not only is it stunning aesthetically but also very well laid out and equipped with all manner of fitted appliances – from a wine fridge to a double oven.
The styling is modern and crisp, all white with deep marble worktops. yet has elegant touches like the slim gold-coloured handles to the cabinets and drawers. The cupboards above the worktop are all glass-fronted. with interior lighting and sit above an awesome mirrored splash-back that runs the full width of this fantastic kitchen.
The island hob is adjoined by the breakfast bar, again in marble and above it hang three sophisticated pendant spherical lights, half in gold and half in textured glass.
The dining room is incorporated into the open-plan kitchen area. The deeply padded curved dining chairs are finished in a velvet grey, whilst the table brings a subtle element of colour. Its frame is the same burnt gold as the kitchen’s fittings, topped in dark wood.
Continuing the luxurious feel is the floor-to-ceiling wine shelving, though I suppose you could also put books there, although dining is for wining surely? Especially when one has a wine fridge. Cheers!
The Grand Symphony’s lounge is partitioned off from the dining area by two panelled doors in dark wood. It’s a grand entrance to a grand room, full of classical touches with modern flourishes.
The vaulted ceiling gives an open spacious feel, while the pale fawn seating and pearlescent cushions and curtains bring in warmth.
The magnificent fireplace in the centre holds court over the lounge, it doesn’t take a lot of imagination to see yourself cuddled up on the sofa enjoying a tipple or two.
The Grand Symphony can be built with two to four bedrooms depending on what is right for you. This model is 52ft x 22ft and has two bedrooms.
The smaller bedroom has room-width mirrored fitted wardrobes, wonderful soft neutral tones in fabric and room furniture. It certainly tries and succeeds in encapsulating elegance and luxury.
The master bedroom not only has a large en-suite, including a shower big enough for most families but also has a dressing room.
I say room, as this is most certainly not a cupboard with a mirror in it.
It wraps around the back of the bathroom giving easily enough space for two people to use the space effectively.
Practicality is everywhere in the Prestige Grand Symphony, and that extends to the inclusion of a study. Not only is there an incredibly stylish, leather upholstered and quilted chair, but a great desk space and fitted, space-saving tambour door cabinets, leaving everything in this office easy to reach, at yet still hidden away neatly.
The Grand Symphony from Prestige Homeseekers is grand by name and very grand by nature. If you’re looking for a high-end park home with abounding luxury then your search may well be over!
Verdict: The design of this park home really amazes and having spoken to owners of the Grand Symphony, some of which refer to it simply as ‘The House’ rather than a park home, we know this is a cut above the rest. Of course, it has the price to match its quality and size, and it’s a price worth paying.
Plus points: Spacious, stylish and elegant.
