We’re celebrating after winning a top insurance award for the second year running!
We were proud to be crowned Schemes Broker of the Year at the UK Broker Awards 2017 held in London.
As we were announced as winners of this insurance award, judges said we were “always challenging ourselves to be better and better, with as clear a focus on customers as you’ll find in the market”.
Our Managing Director, Ryan Wilby, was delighted our team had once again been recognised on the national stage.
“We’ve had another tremendous year – now insuring more than 90,000 caravan, motorhome and lodge customers – and we continue to receive great customer feedback for our brilliant service,” he said. “We have a really strong positive culture and our highly trained team are totally committed to providing excellent customer service, which is why our satisfied customers renew with us.”
The Caravan Guard and Leisuredays teams also made the shortlist for Personal Lines Broker of the Year, the Marketing and Customer Engagement Award and Insurance Broker of the Year.
