POLL NOW CLOSED – thanks to everyone who voted
When holidaying at your static caravan or lodge you’ll want to make the most of your time outdoors. And what better way to relax than with some outdoor seating.
There’s plenty of choices out there – whether you’re wanting to dine alfresco, lounge in the sun, read a good book or just sit and watch the world go by. You might also want to double up your seating as storage or be able to fold it away into an outdoor storage shed for when you’re not there.
In this month’s community poll, we’d like to know what type of outdoor seating you have?
Simply choose from the list of options below and if we don’t have your outdoor seating listed then select “other” and add it to the comments box below.
As always, feel free to leave a comment about your outdoor seating arrangements – is there a particular product you’re really impressed with?
We’ll report back the results in July, along with a guide to outdoor seating for your static caravan or holiday lodge.
We have a lovely big wooden deck. Designed to make the most of the weather. We can seat 20 people comfortably so its always party time at ours
We have full suite of proper ratten furniture together with shower proof cushions ,
2 settee types & 2 chairs with a small table
We have a four seater rattan dinning set and two companion chairs with footstool and table
I invested in two folding bamboo safari chairs that are out door, preferably indoor, along with a folding butlers tray and Japanese parasol
Have a folding bistro table and chairs in the same colour as the caravan, which we put in the lock up when we’re not there. Topped with a plant, sitting on the decking, watching the sea, is a real treat.
I have no desire to sit in a field of caravans on public view!
We have a Bistro set, its weather resistant and is perfect for us.
We have a job table and 4 chairs we also have a parasol for protection against the sun.
Having a van by the sea poses a problem with rattan furniture as most have metal frames shortening their lifespan so after some investigation we bought seating by Keter who make items that are entirely plastic, even the screws! Fantastic furniture worth paying a little extra for, we thoroughly recommend them.
