We love receiving customer feedback so we can continue to make any improvements and it’s been great to see many Leisuredays’ claimants rating our service as excellent or good.
Hundreds of claimants have been sent our claims satisfaction survey in the last 12 months and asked to rate their experience with us. All of these were entered into a prize draw.
Congratulations go to static caravan owner Mrs Johnson, of Ryton, who made a claim for burst pipes in her ABI holiday caravan. She was the lucky winner of our prize draw and wins £50 of Marks & Spencer vouchers.
On average, claims survey respondents rated their overall experience with our claims service as nine out of 10. Respondents were also extremely satisfied with the helpfulness of our staff, the ease of reporting their claim and their settlement. I bought a second hand 2018 an I Westlake in August 2019 I am disappointed that the power source for the built in DAB radio is missing despite many promises a replacement has not arrived. I can not believe that all fitted accessories were not tested prior to sale.
