Leisuredays, as part of parent company Caravan Guard, have recently been nominated for Customer Service Provider of the Year at the UK Broker Awards 2012.
It’s an award category which we won in 2008 and 2010, and were “Highly Commended” in last year. The shortlisting is testament to the excellent level of customer service we always strive to give our customers, and a win this year would be the perfect reward for the hard work we have put in to further improve our customer service levels.
As well as the UK Broker Awards shortlisting we were also recently finalists in the British Insurance Awards, but narrowly missed out on the top spot in the Customer Care Award and Community Broker of the Year award categories, with Hiscox and Coversure taking home the silverware respectively. Chris Nettleton, Director here at Leisuredays, had this to say,
