We were always on track to reach 100,000 customers this year, but the COVID-19 lockdown put a halt on travel and leisure vehicle buying plans as dealerships, holiday parks and manufacturers closed.
However, the industry has bounced back with many people choosing holiday caravans, lodges, and leisure vehicles as a new way of holidaying, and thousands of owners are trusting in us to insure their pride and joy.
Throughout the Coronavirus pandemic and subsequent lockdown, we remained fully operational seven days a week, with all staff working from home, supported by our online quote and buy websites. Since holiday parks have re-opened, Leisuredays have seen a huge spike in policies and new customers, and we’re delighted to have our contact centre team back in our Halifax-based office.
