Pleased I noticed these comments. I wish to renew my policy but your online renewal system just doesn’t work. After receiving my renewal notice which quotes how to renew online I first tried by iPhone, then by iPad and thinking your system may not be Apple friendly I tried by laptop. Rather frustratingly non worked, which doesn’t exactly encourage confidence.

I have been trying to renew my policy online, as I am not free to speak on the phone. However, your system will not allow me to renew despite following the instructions provided. I have tried on two devices, and it would appear others have had the same issues.
